The East side clinic is open Monday-Friday
from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
No appointment necessary! Walk-ins welcome!
We don't close for lunch and there is ALWAYS a provider on site.
WellFast Urgent Care Center offers immediate medical care for non-life or limb threatening illnesses or injuries to pediatric and adult patients in Lawton, OK and the surrounding areas. We provide timely, cost-effective healthcare on a walk-in/no appointment basis in a professional, friendly and time-efficient manner.
Our clinic is staffed by Emergency Medicine board certified physicians and Physician Assistants with over 30 years combined experience.
We have our own X-ray facility and basic laboratory and can coordinate specialized laboratories and x-ray studies, referrals to primary care physicians and/or specialists, and all area hospitals.
WellFast Urgent Care Center has two locations, conveniently located to serve the West and East Lawton communities. The West side clinic is near the intersection of West 67th Street and Gore Boulevard at 20 NW 67th Street, Suite E <<Map>>
in Lawton, Oklahoma. It is open Monday thru Saturday from 10:00 am until 8:00pm. The East side clinic is on East Gore Blvd, one block east of I-44 at 1902 East Gore Blvd <<Map>> (next to Los Tres Amigos and across from the Ft. Sill Apache Casino). Patients can be seen at this location Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm.
